The distinct characteristic and the distinct quality that you feature in your business are protected through copyright. These are the rights that you purchase for a given amount of money in exchange of ownership of a logo, name, slogan or content. Once you own the copyrights to these, others cannot copy them for their purposes. If they are illegally copied, you can always file suits against their activity and claim rights to the content.
