  1. You must submit a claim to your insurance company to determine coverage.

  2. Take steps to minimize the damage if you are able to.

Western Financial Group Opens Catastrophe Claims Centre at their Head Office in High River, to assist customers affected by the flood.

The catastrophe claims centre will be open daily to customers between  8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, including weekends.

  • High River evacuees who registered, but did not collect their pre-loaded debit cards, can also collect them at Nanton or Vulcan during the following times:

    Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30, between 8am to 8pm.

    Nanton Curling Club at 21 Avenue and 18 Street

    Vulcan - The Lodge Hall at 229 Centre Street

  • Pre-loaded debit card distribution starts today for the worst affected town of High River.  High River evacuees should register with either their local authorities or the Red Cross and collect their pre-loaded debit card from one of the debit card processing sites:

    Nanton Curling Club at 21 Avenue and 18 Street

    Vulcan - The Lodge Hall at 229 Centre Street


    Today -  High River evacuees with last names starting A to L can collect from one of the centres today between 12pm and 9pm.
    Friday - High River evacuees with last names starting M to Z can collect from one of the centres between 8am and 8pm.
